Jim was recruited by Fidelity Commercial in 1994. His experience includes property owner representation, tenant representation, investment property sales, property management and real estate consulting. Jim's clients have included a number of large national companies as well as many locally based law firms and financial service firms.
Jim received his undergraduate degree in Finance/Economics from The Pennsylvania State University and served as a financial, audit and marketing management team member at Penske Truck Leasing, The Strick Corporation and Sara Lee. Those assignments included responsibilities for project management, real estate portfolio analysis and consolidation. Jim's affiliations include the Tri-State Commercial Board of Realtors, The Greater Philadelphia Chamber of Commerce and The Racquet Club of Philadelphia.
Jim is a resident of Bucks County, Pennsylvania, with his wife Linda and their three children Laura (5), Jim, Jr. (4), and John (1).
